Wellbeing Focus Student Newsletter
This week, we have introduced the first of these Newsletters which launched the ‘Design a Logo’ competition for our new Wellbeing Campaign as well as asking for volunteers for student involvement to become part of our Wellbeing Team. The closing date is Monday 17 December. Each student will also have received a sticker to put in the back of their planners containing contact details of ‘What to do if I need to talk?’
The Northern Echo Local Heroes Awards
Good luck to SJF Girls’ Football team (National Champions) at this evening’s Awards. They are finalists for the Team of the Year Award.
Parents of Boys Evening for Primary Schools – Thursday 6 December, 18:30
Due to the success of the two evenings we held last half term for the parents of boys at SJF, we have been asked to extend this to our primary schools for parents of boys in Key Stage 2. Victory for the U14 Girls’ Football Team
They ended the week on the perfect note with a 2-0 win last Friday versus Laurence Jackson, Cleveland.
